About VPNWhen
VPNWhen and international access
Our service, route selection, and privacy principles.
For everyday international connections
VPNWhen is a VPN subscription service for people who need access to international websites, AI tools, and streaming services. It covers 100+ countries and 180+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, and unlimited simultaneous connections. Clear guidance for choosing a region, importing a subscription, and connecting multiple devices means less guesswork with connection settings.
Choosing routes and troubleshooting
Choose a route based on the region of the service you want to access, then factor in your local network, time of day, and client compatibility. IEPL, relay, and direct routes each suit different conditions, so a route’s name alone doesn’t predict how well it will perform. Access to streaming libraries and AI tools also depends on each platform’s policies; check your connection to see what works.
If something goes wrong, first check whether your subscription has updated, then try another region or protocol to compare. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket with your device platform, when the issue occurred, and details of any error. Hide passwords and subscription links in screenshots. Plans include a 14-day refund policy; see the Terms of Service for details.
Privacy and data minimization
VPNWhen follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. It collects only the information needed to provide the service and manage accounts. No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Military-grade encryption helps protect connections, but you should still keep your password and subscription link secure. See the Privacy Policy for details about how information is handled.
